📘 Terms & Conditions – Islam4u (Online Quran Education)

Welcome to Islam4u – إسلام فور يو (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By using our website, contacting us, registering for classes, or paying Hadiya fees, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Nature of Service
Islam4u provides:
- Online Quran classes
- Noorani Qaida
- Tajweed
- Hifz (memorization)
- Islamic studies for children and adults
Classes are conducted via:
- Zoom / Google Meet / WhatsApp Video (depending on your preference)
2. Eligibility
To enroll:
- Students must be 4 years or older.
- For minors, a parent/guardian must register and supervise.
- Adults can register directly.
3. Registration Requirements
When you register/submit forms, you must provide:
- Full name
- Contact email
- WhatsApp/Phone number
- Country/time zone
- Preferred class timings
- Student age (for kids)
You agree that all provided information is correct and up to date.
4. Class Scheduling
4.1 Trial Class
We offer one free trial class for new students.
4.2 Regular Classes
After trial approval, we will schedule:
- Number of classes per week
- Teacher assignment
- Class duration (30 or 45 min)
All schedules are fixed in advance and followed regularly.
5. Hadiya (Fees) & Payments
5.1 Payment Policy
- Payments are taken monthly in advance.
- International payments are processed through Stripe or other secure gateways.
- Local payments may be accepted where applicable.
5.2 Currency
All international Hadiya (fees) are charged in USD unless otherwise agreed.
5.3 Missed Payments
If payment is not received within 5 days of the due date, classes may be paused.
6. Holidays & Absences
6.1 Teacher Absence
If a teacher is absent, a make-up class will be arranged.
6.2 Student Absence
You must notify us at least 6 hours before class.
Uninformed absences are not refundable.
6.3 Islamic Holidays
Classes may be adjusted for:
- Eid-ul-Fitr
- Eid-ul-Adha
- Ramadan schedule
- National holidays (case-by-case)
7. Refund Policy
We offer refunds only in these cases:
- Islam4u fails to provide classes as promised
- Serious service interruption on our side
- Teacher is unavailable long-term and we cannot provide a replacement
Refunds are not provided for:
- Student absences
- Scheduling conflicts from student side
- Discontinuation without notice

8. Code of Conduct
Students and teachers must:
- Maintain Islamic etiquette
- Speak respectfully
- Avoid inappropriate topics
- Keep video/audio suitable for learning
- Not share harmful or illegal content
We reserve the right to discontinue classes for violation of Islamic ethics or disrespect.
9. Technology Requirements
To receive classes, students must have:
- A computer/tablet/phone
- Stable internet (minimum 2–5 Mbps)
- Zoom / Google Meet / WhatsApp installed
- A quiet learning environment
Islam4u is not responsible for class issues caused by poor internet or device malfunction.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
We protect your information under our Privacy Policy, which covers:
- Data collection
- Data usage
- WhatsApp communication
- Email/SMS updates
- Student information safety
By using our services, you accept the Privacy Policy.
11. Limitation of Liability
Islam4u is not liable for:
- Internet or technical issues on the student’s side
- Missed classes due to user error
- Interpretation or application of religious knowledge outside the class environment
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our responsibility is limited to the amount of monthly Hadiya paid.
12. Termination of Service
We may terminate service if:
- Fees are unpaid
- Student repeatedly misses classes
- Student/parent behaves disrespectfully
- Any violation of Islamic ethics occurs
Students may discontinue anytime with prior notice.
13. Modifications to Terms
Islam4u reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions.
Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.
